Job summary

Lanesfield Primary School is seeking a part-time Minibus Driver to support morning and afternoon transport during term time. The role involves school runs starting at 7:15am and finishing at 3:15pm, with a 12.5-hour week across Monday to Friday. A clean driving licence is essential, and prior experience is advantageous.

Training will be provided where needed, and safeguarding checks apply. Visits to the school are welcomed; contact the school office for available dates.

Responsibilities

• Drive the school minibus for daily pick-ups and drop-offs during term time.

• Lift and assist pupils as required during morning and afternoon routes.

The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint a Minibus Driver.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated and enthusiastic about supporting us in making our school the best it can be.

A clean driving licence is essential and experience in a similar role would be advantageous. You will have willingness to undergo training to develop your skills. A grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English is desirable.
