Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking multiple Minibus Drivers in the Rochester/Medway area to operate minibuses for SEN students and children on a split shift. No prior minibus experience is required as full training is provided and an Enhanced DBS can be arranged free if needed.

Ideal candidates hold a full UK driving licence with D1 (101) entitlement. The role offers a temporary-to-permanent path, weekly pay, and support from The Best Connection with safe, structured training and DBS processing.

Qualifications

• No minibus driving experience needed - full training provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN adults and children by minibus to schools and day care centers across Medway.
• Work alongside a passenger assistant at all times.
• Operate minibus with safety training and disabled access procedures.
• Adhere to temporary to permanent role requirements.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed before driving.

We are currently seeking Multiple Minibus Drivers who are looking for work Monday to Friday in the Rochester area.

No minibus driving experience needed - full training provided!

Category D1 (101) on back of license is required for this role.

Pay & Hours

£13.73 per hour

Weekly pay

Monday to Friday only

Responsibilities

• You will be transporting SEN adults and Children on a Minibus to and from their schools and day care centers across the Medway area.
• You will be working along side a Passenger assistant at all times
• This is a Temp to Perm role!
• An Enhanced DBS check is required (We can provide this for free if you do not have one)
• You will be given all the relevant safety training before operating functions on the mini bus such as disabled access on the back of the vehicles.

This is a split-shift position

Morning: 06:00 - 09:00

Afternoon: 13:00 - 16:00

6 hours in total per day
