Minibar Attendant - In Room Dining - Knightsbridge, London, An opportunity has arisen for an In Room Dining Minibar Attendant to join the In Room Dining Team in Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Efficiently manage and process guest in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of high-quality food and beverage items.
  • Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, addressing their preferences and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen, ensuring smooth communication to guarantee accurate and timely preparation of in-room dining orders.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the hotel's room service menu, including food and beverage options, and communicate effectively with guests to assist in their selections.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to ensure guest satisfaction.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar in-room dining or food and beverage role within a luxury 5-star hotel, showcasing a strong understanding of high-end service standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking and processing orders with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling multiple orders and requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in delivering in-room dining orders, ensuring accuracy in presentation and adherence to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
