Sytner MINI Shrewsbury is hiring a Sales Executive. The role puts you at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences as customers look to buy their next car.

You will guide buyers through the journey, understand their needs, and help them select the best options, while maintaining excellent service standards. The position offers a base salary of £20,000 with a strong commission potential and an OTE of £45,000.

Qualifications

• From customer service or sales background.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with customers face-to-face.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.

About The Role

Sytner MINI Shrewsbury have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £45,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
