Job summary

Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Executive role at a base salary of £20,000 with the potential to earn a generous commission (OTE £45,000). You will be the key contact for customers throughout the car buying journey, delivering first-class service and building lasting relationships at Sytner MINI Coventry.

Role includes weekend work, a company car, and access to discounted schemes, MOT and servicing, and various retailer discounts as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A full and valid UK driving licence is advantageous.
• Be prepared to attend an assessment centre.

About the role

Sytner MINI Coventry have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background.

As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £45,000, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
