Overview

Mini Bus Driver - Part Time 20 hours p/w • West London • £20.98 p/hr umbrella • Some weekends and evening work. Most shifts start 09:30am

Responsibilities

• Transport all service users to and from their authorised locations. You will be required to work with a wide range of people.
• Drive an agreed daily route plan for journeys, seeking prior agreement to any route changes to achieve a practical and cost effective route.
• Assist clients on and off the vehicle if required, using the steps or tail lift, ensuring wheelchairs are clamped etc. in order to prevent accidents and meet good moving and handling practice.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects immediately to the Manager/Transport Team Leader.

Requirements

• Hold a Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Awareness of the needs of people with disabilities.
• Driving Licence PCV (passenger carrying vehicle)
• Enhanced DBS will be carried out through the onboarding process
