In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant

Salary: Up to £16/hour (rate inclusive of TRONC)

As our In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.21 (minimum contracted rate) to £16 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

We are looking for our In-Room Dining (Room Service) Minibar Attendant, who:

• Replenishes minibars in guest bedrooms according to standard inventory levels
• Monitors expiration dates and replaces expired or damaged items
• Conducts regular inventory checks and reports shortages to management
• Accurately records minibar consumption in the hotel’s system
• Passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
• Report any discrepancies, technical issues, or guest complaints to the appropriate department
