Job description

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all mini bars across the hotel are replenished and fully stocked. You should uphold the highest standards to ensure the guest experience aligns with Nobu Hotel London Portman Square standards. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Replenishing missing items across all mini bars as per the refill report.
2. Monitoring guest check-outs to identify items that need refilling upon departure.
3. Managing stock rotation regularly and recording expired items or wastage.
4. Communicating effectively and respectfully with guests at all levels.
5. Representing Nobu as an ambassador and embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
