The BoTree, a luxury hotel in Marylebone, London, is seeking an enthusiastic Mini Bar Attendant to join our team. You will deliver an exceptional in-room guest experience by checking and replenishing minibars, maintaining stock accuracy, and presenting products with flair.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a minibar attendant or in-room minibar service.
• Excellent presentation and professional guest interactions.
• Strong stock control and inventory skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Check and replenish minibar stock across rooms.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and present items neatly.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, attentive and experienced Mini Bar Attendant to join the team at The BoTree, our luxury hotel in the heart of Marylebone, London.

As a Mini Bar Attendant, you'll help deliver an exceptional in-room guest experience by checking and replenishing mini bars, maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring products are fresh and beautifully presented, and responding to guest requests with professional service.

We're looking for a Mini Bar Attendant that will:

• Brings warm, professional service and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in immaculate presentation
• Is organised and accurate when managing stock, inventory and replenishment records
• Works efficiently and independently while being a supportive team player
• Understands food safety and hygiene standards and handles guest requests professionally
