Qualifications

• Experience with minerals and/or waste planning.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to project work.
• MRTPI qualification or progress towards chartership desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage planning applications for minerals and waste developments.
• Support and coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA).
• Produce planning statements and technical reports.
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders and consultants.
• Advise clients on planning strategy and environmental considerations.
• Assist with project delivery from inception to determination.
