Role Description

• Write short 20–40 second scripts with emotional arcs and satisfying twists.
• Focus on dopamine-driven storytelling and redemption narratives.
• Collaborate with our 3D team to bring absurd, fun, and cinematic videos to life.
• Help us scale our content while maintaining high quality.
• Hook viewers within the first second.
• Create emotional or meme-like moments in just 30 seconds.
• Love storytelling that’s chaotic, absurd, or visually surprising.
• Understand viewer retention and what keeps people watching till the end.
• Familiarity with Minecraft is a plus or willingness to learn quickly.
