WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and confident working independently, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. A commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards is essential, as is a full UK driving licence due to the travel involved. Flexibility is also important, as the role includes participation in a standby and call-out rota. While experience in wastewater treatment, control panels, or chemical dosing systems would be beneficial, it’s not essential—we’re happy to provide training. An awareness of mine water treatment processes and basic sampling or laboratory experience would also be advantageous.
The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.
