Salary scale: £23,517 - £26,585 per annum FTE

Base: Kenburgh House, Central Bradford, with occasional travel across the district
Responsible to: Service Manager
Annual Leave: 25 days pro-rata
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).

Mind in Bradford, in partnership with The Cellar Trust, is leading the new NHS-funded Safe Spaces programme. This service offers support to individuals in crisis through various means including one-to-one support, outreach, community cafes, overnight accommodation for children and young people, and in-reach services. The goal is to provide a non-clinical, supportive environment to help people stay safe, understand their feelings, and access ongoing support.
We are recruiting Team Leaders for our Bradford Hub, based in the city center. The role involves line managing Crisis Support Workers, overseeing shift operations, handling safeguarding and incident issues, and supporting the Service Manager in various administrative and operational tasks. You will also deliver crisis support via telephone and face-to-face, and facilitate individual and group interventions.
Candidate Profile: Strong team management skills, experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, ability to work non-judgmentally with vulnerable populations, and inspire hope for recovery. Shifts are available 7 days a week, including 11:30-19:30 and 19:00-02:30.
