Milwaukee Field Sales and Marketing Executive Opportunities (FME)

This summer, we seek positive, motivated, and practically minded graduates to begin their development journey as field-based FMEs working across diverse accounts in various UK regions.

We currently have vacancies for FMEs in several territories, covering:

  • Central Scotland (preferably based in Edinburgh)
  • Northern Ireland (preferably based in Newry)
  • South Wales (preferably based in Cardiff / Swansea)
  • North East (preferably based in Newcastle)
  • Lakes and Cumbria (preferably based in Preston, Lancaster, or Carlisle)
  • Derbyshire and Staffordshire (preferably based in Derby)
  • East Sussex (preferably based in Brighton)
  • Surrey (preferably based in Farnborough / Guildford)
  • Hampshire (preferably based in Portsmouth / Southampton)
  • Somerset and Dorset (preferably based in Bournemouth / Poole)

Roles involve traveling within approximately 1.5 hours from your home base. The suggested locations are guides, not strict requirements, as long as you are suitably located.

What will I be doing?
In this diverse and vital role, you will join a dedicated team with broad skills. As a brand ambassador and face of Milwaukee, you will cover one of our UK territories (your home will serve as your administrative base).

You will organize your own time and schedules to meet with and support around 120 accounts monthly across key channels and customers.

The role offers significant learning opportunities, including building customer relationships, increasing sales, educating stakeholders, conducting demonstrations, delivering merchandising, supporting events, and developing positive brand awareness.

What we are looking for

We seek confident, influential communicators and relationship builders who are self-motivated, passionate about our brand, positive, organized, and practical. Resilience, drive, and teamwork skills are essential.

You will also need to be:

  • A recent graduate in any subject with a 2:2 or higher (graduation proof or approved confirmation required for offers)
  • Entitled to drive in the UK with a full manual license (no more than 3 points)
  • Entitled to work in the UK full-time and permanently
  • Living within your chosen region or willing to relocate
  • Able to attend a 1.5-day in-person Assessment Centre on 15-16 July 2025
  • Able to start on 11 August or 1 September 2025 (or register interest if unable to start then)
