The Job

We are seeking a diligent and process-driven Milk Processor to join our production team. This hands-on role involves overseeing the safe and efficient processing of raw milk into high-quality finished products. Responsibilities include monitoring pasteurisation, operating processing equipment, conducting quality checks, and recording production data to ensure compliance with strict food safety standards.

The Candidate
  • Experience in a food production or dairy processing environment preferred
  • Understanding of milk processing techniques such as pasteurisation (training provided)
  • Strong focus on hygiene, food safety, and quality control
  • Ability to follow procedures, complete records accurately, and report anomalies
  • Mechanically minded with troubleshooting skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment
  • Organised, dependable, and able to work independently and in a team
