Pertemps Birmingham Commercial is recruiting for a Multi-Drop Milk Delivery Driver in Birmingham on a temp-to-perm basis. You will work a 4-night pattern, 21:00–07:00, delivering up to 350 drops per night and loading, handling and delivering products safely and efficiently.

The role requires a full UK driving licence with minimal points, physical stamina, and the ability to work quickly under pressure across long night shifts. Previous direct milk delivery experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 25 years of age or over (insurance purposes)
• Full, valid driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Proven experience of prolonged night driving
• Direct milk delivery experience is highly desirable
• Physically fit and capable of completing a demanding number of drops every night
• Comfortable working at a fast pace for the full duration of the shift
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
• This is not an easy delivery role
• The successful candidate must be physically capable of completing a high volume of drops, be comfortable with prolonged night driving, work efficiently under pressure and maintain a consistently high standard throughout every shift

The Role

Pay & Progression

Candidates without direct milk delivery experience will be considered at the standard rate. Temp-to-perm position for candidates who demonstrate the required performance, reliability and commitment.
