Job summary

E-ppl Ltd seeks a Military Vehicle Technician for a 6-month Outside IR35 contract in Warminster, Wiltshire. The role pays £19.00/hr base with overtime, and includes a fully paid hotel (Sun-Fri), £25/day living allowance and 45p/mile travel expenses.

Key duties include diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs on light vehicles and military fleet platforms, ensuring readiness and regulatory compliance within a veteran-friendly team.

Qualifications

• Proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or Military Trade Proficiency Certificates - e.g., REME Vehicle Mechanic Class 1/2, Armourer Class 1/2, or RAF/RN equivalent).
• Must be eligible for BPSS Clearance (fully sponsored and managed by E-ppl).
• Proven technical/mechanical background on light vehicles, fleet assets, or military equipment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostic inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across fleet platforms.
• Complete rectification maintenance ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections (MEIs).
• Resolve defects and carry out fleet modifications/upgrades to strict standards.
• Maintain high standards of site Health & Safety.
