Candidate Profile:

This position suits individuals leaving the military with experience as a mechanic or licensed engineer, eager to transition into civilian aviation. We seek dedicated professionals ready to bring their expertise to our team.

Entry Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 Aerospace Engineering or equivalent
• B1/B2 License (for licensed engineer roles)
• GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
• Minimum 4 years military service

Training and Development:

Initial 5-week training followed by 7 weeks of on-the-job maintenance experience.
