Working Days & Times: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00

Description: Learning Curve Group is a growing company, recently acquiring MPCT, bringing military academies to 34 across England and Wales. We offer unique training in vocational qualifications, employability skills, and preparing learners for careers in the British Armed Forces.

Role Information: As a Military Training Instructor, you will provide outstanding teaching and learning for learners within the centre, delivering engaging lessons and motivating learners under your leadership.

Key Qualities:

  • A genuine desire to transform lives through learning.
  • The ability to mentor both young people and adults to achieve.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good administration and paperwork skills.
  • Appropriate classroom management skills.

Duties include:

  • Keeping up to date with subject knowledge and military industry standards.
  • Attending training camps, assessment centres, and familiarisation days annually.
  • Using assessments to inform learners' progress.
  • Preparing challenging lessons to realize learners' potential.
  • Delivering physical training and military skills sessions.
  • Supporting learners' emotional and physical well-being.
  • Tracking learner progress and attendance.
  • Supporting development of Maths/English skills.
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
