Job summary

Bombardier's London Service Centre at Biggin Hill offers a Military Pathway to B1/B2 License in the 2027 intake. The program combines six-month CAA Part 66 modular training with real-world aircraft maintenance experience, while you remain employed as an Aircraft Mechanic.

You will progress toward a basic CAA Part-66 licence and potential progression to Licensed Aircraft Engineer, with duties including adherence to MOE, maintenance tasks, defect reporting, and SAP parts orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years aircraft maintenance experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Appendix I to Part-66.
• Knowledge of Part-145 and EWIS/CDCCL where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MOE and work instructions and maintain safety.
• Perform maintenance tasks under supervision and document procedures.
• Identify defective components and order parts in SAP.
• Communicate status clearly to supervision.
• Ensure safe operation and rectification of defects.
