About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload, with a primary focus on Military Noise claims, alongside asbestos and other industrial disease cases. Key Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of Military Noise claims, as well as asbestos and other industrial disease cases.
• Manage matters from initial instruction to resolution, ensuring first-class client service.
• Deliver clear, expert legal advice with a compassionate approach.
• Keep meticulous, compliant case records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive team success and share expertise.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3–4 years’ PQE.
• Proven track record in Military or industrial disease litigation — ideally including asbestos and respiratory claims.
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.
• Confident working independently and as part of a team.
