The Role

The firm is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their South Manchester office, working 1:1 alongside an Equity Partner on a high-quality and diverse caseload.

You’ll gain direct exposure to corporate transactions across sectors such as entertainment, retail, and leisure, with work spanning M&A deals, shareholder agreements, and more advisory matters. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to assist on complex transactions while also managing your own matters under the close guidance of the partnership.
