Military Process Control Specialist / Logistics Analyst, EU Central Flow

We are expanding our team within Amazon European Central Flow.
What we do:
- Support FC Leadership by providing expertise to manage their fulfilment business areas. ECFT Process Control Specialists collaborate with senior leaders in fulfilment centres to uphold operational standards that benefit customers.
- Simplify, standardize, and improve processes using our strategic position within Amazon fulfilment to innovate for the customer. Standardized procedures across the European flow network help reduce defects and enhance delivery speed.
- Drive business objectives such as volume planning, customer experience, and reducing order processing time.
- Facilitate operational efficiency by streamlining processes for autonomous flow management within the fulfilment network.

Your role
- As a Logistics Analyst (Process Control Specialist), you will manage flow standards in a partner Fulfilment Centre (FC), working with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts, escalating risks or deviations to senior management.
- Become a subject matter expert in flow management tools and processes.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to identify improvement opportunities and lead action plans across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Monitor and influence key performance indicators such as customer risk, flow planning compliance, and site KPIs.
- Participate in coaching initiatives, sharing knowledge with operators and training new team members.
This role requires flexibility to work on shifts, including nights and weekends.
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (European Framework level B2)
- Strong communication skills across stakeholder groups
- Problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in another European language
- Experience working in remote or centralized teams
- Data science skills, including SQL
- Good judgment and decision-making under pressure
- Ability to influence others in high-pressure situations
- Analytical skills for working with numerical data
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
