Sodexo invites a skilled Cook / Chef to join our MOD kitchen at Larkhill Garrison, Wiltshire. You’ll prepare, cook and serve meals in a fast-paced environment, upholding strict food safety standards and working with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 and NVQ Level 2/3, with professional catering experience and a proven ability to perform under pressure.

Qualifications

• Professional chef experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and service of meals in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring full compliance with EHO guidelines.
• Work alongside the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
