Responsibilities

• Assist with AFCS claims and support clients through sensitive circumstances.
• Draft advice, correspondence, and client/witness statements.
• Prepare instructions for medical experts and counsel; review records.
• Prepare tribunal documents and attend hearings when required.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis; manage client relationships.
