JMW Solicitors in Manchester is seeking a Military Claims Paralegal to support the Personal Injury team on Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS) claims.

You will assist with file opening, drafting, reviewing medical records, and preparing documents for hearings, backed by training from senior specialists.

This role offers exposure to high-profile cases and opportunities to develop specialist expertise within a respected practice.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in military claims is preferred but not essential.
• Strong academic background in law.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally and provide great client care.

Responsabilités

• Assist with file opening and onboarding new clients.
• Assist with drafting advice, correspondence, and client and witness statements.
• Reviewing medical records and expert evidence.
• Assist in preparing instructions for experts and counsel.
• Prepare tribunal documentation for and attending hearings.
• Accurate time recording, file management and billing.
