Overview

Excellent permanent opportunities for MIG Welders in Deeside.


£20.80 per hour (PAYE), Weekly pay!


Overtime and uncapped bonus scheme.


We are recruiting experienced MIG Welders to join our team at a state-of-the-art, newly established manufacturing facility in Deeside. This site has been purposely designed to support high-spec fabrication work for the nuclear energy sector, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a long-term, permanent opportunity to work on precision fabrications for some of the most highly regulated environments in the UK.



Responsibilities


  • Weld carbon steel support frames using the MIG welding process, destined for installation at Hinkley Point Nuclear Power Station.

  • Ensure all work is quality-checked through both visual and NDT inspections; maintain a high personal standard of workmanship.

  • Be part of a skilled team of welders, fabricators, and operators committed to delivering high-quality work.



Key Requirements


  • Welders with current MIG welding experience; TIG and MMA skills would be beneficial.

  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., nuclear, oil & gas, aerospace) is preferred.

  • Strong focus on quality and safety.

  • Computer literate with good communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to manage workload and meet production targets.



Working Hours

Monday-Thursday: 07:00-15:30; Friday: 07:00-12:30.

Requirements
