Job summary

Une entreprise de fabrication bien établie recherche un MIG Welder expérimenté pour un poste temporaire avec possibilité de devenir permanent. Les candidats doivent avoir une expérience en soudage MIG et une qualification MIG/TIG. Les horaires sont du lundi au vendredi de 6h00 à 14h00, avec des surcharges possibles et des augmentations basées sur la qualité du travail.

Qualifications

• Expérience significative en soudage MIG dans un environnement de fabrication.
• Expérience de soudage TIG souhaitée.
• Capacité à travailler avec des dessins techniques et des diagrammes CAD.

Responsibilities

• Réaliser des opérations de soudage MIG en suivant des instructions techniques précises.
• Travailler dans un environnement de fabrication avec des cibles de qualité.
• Participer à des tests de soudage pour évaluer les compétences.

Job description

Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturer, they have had a whole company rename and restructure over the last few years, and are going from strength to strength. They are looking for an experienced MIG Welder / MIG Welding Technician to join them on a temporary to permanent basis (permanent once completing the probationary period.

Location: Halifax

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 6.00am 2.00pm

Salary: Minimum of GBP13.60 per hour. A pay rise will be put in place once you can prove the quality of your work and targets are hit.

Overtime available at higher rates.

NOTE: Higher rates paid for more experienced individuals (the salary will be determined following a weld test interview).

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

• You can start working for this company with short notice.
• You have extensive experience of MIG welding in a manufacturing / engineering environment.
• You also have some TIG welding experience (although this is not the main part of the job).
• You have a MIG / TIG Welding qualification (or are time served MIG / TIG Welder)
• You have experience of working with engineering drawings / CAD diagrams to follow detailed welding operations.
