Job summary

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting MIG welders for a long-term contract based in Rotherham. Immediate start available, subject to a weld test. You will join a team focused on structural steelwork and must demonstrate CV-proven welding experience.

Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Fabrication and Welding; previous structural steelwork exposure is expected. This role offers a steady contract and reliable hours on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as a MIG welder with CV evidence.
• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Fabrication & Welding expected.
• Experience on structural steelwork and welding to project specs.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural steel components to required standards.
• Operate welding equipment in line with job specs.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and complete weld tests as required.
