Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for a permanent role in Lincolnshire. The position offers 40-hour weeks, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime and occasional weekends. Start date ASAP.

Rate £16.00–£18.00 PAYE. Park on-site and join a team delivering bespoke structural and architectural steelwork. The ideal candidate will have MIG welding experience (2+ years preferred), be able to read technical drawings, and maintain high safety and quality standards across varied projects

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience on mild steel preferred.
• Able to read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Execution Class 2 ideally, though training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welding and fabricating structural steel beams and columns.
• High-quality MIG welding on mild steel components.
• Working on bespoke steel projects, from mezzanine floors to custom frameworks.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Operating workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Working alongside the design and fabrication team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
