Job Title: MIG Welder

Shift: Day Shift

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00
• Friday: 06:00 – 11:00

Starting Pay Rate: £14.04 per hour

We’re currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our fast-paced and growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong welding skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to high-quality production work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical fabrication drawings accurately.
• Perform MIG welding on mild steel ranging from 1mm to 15mm thickness.
• Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment based on job requirements.
• Inspect profiles and components for defects and correct as needed.
• Grind and finish welded components to a high standard.
• Uphold strict quality standards throughout the production process.

Requirements:

• Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to pass a weld test as part of the selection process.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to quality workmanship.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
