Welder / Fabricator Required!

(MIG / TIG)

BE Recruitment are recruiting a Welder / Fabricator for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7).

Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless & Aluminium.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00
• Overtime @ 1.5x Pay.

Pay: £15 - £18 per hour. (Dependent on skill level)

Temp to Perm!

Minimum Skills / Experience Required:

• Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.
• Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.
• Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.
• Positive can-do attitude.
