Job Title: MIG Welder

This is a permanent position based in Chesterfield, working as part of a friendly, welcoming production team for a unique company.

The successful candidate will have experience in MIG welding and the ability to work independently when required. Vehicle welding experience is ideal. Fabricating experience is a plus, and forklift experience is desirable.

Details

• GBP13.50 to GBP14.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Morning, lunch, and afternoon breaks
• Overtime available every morning from 6am to 8am if desired
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Role

As a MIG Welder, your daily duties will include:

• Working both independently and in pairs
• Reading and interpreting drawings
• Fabricating
• Adhering to health and safety standards
• Operating forklifts

Must Have

• Experience in MIG welding
• Proficient in time-keeping
• Ability to work alone and within a team
• Skilled with welding tools
• Experience in a production environment
