Job description

Salary: £18.73 per hour + Overtime (paid at 1.5x rate)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:15 – 15:45

Pin Point Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Braintree who are looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join their growing team.

Carrying out MIG welding on a variety of metal components to a high standard

Interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints

Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations

Performing basic fabrication and finishing tasks

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Proven experience in MIG welding within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
