We are seeking candidates with experience in Transaction/Trade Reporting, including:

  • Take Over and Mergers Reporting
  • MiFID Transaction Reporting
  • Shareholder Reporting
  • Issuer Holding Requests
  • Short Selling Reporting
  • Knowledge of regulations such as MiFID, EMIR, AIFMD, and the Transparency Directive

The role involves implementing transaction reporting procedures in the London office, overseeing back-office controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining exchange memberships, and updating product information.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaising with broking desks on IT, Compliance, and Client matters
  • Understanding broker commissions
  • Ensuring back-office coverage and trade reporting accuracy
  • Supervising error handling and escalation processes
  • Overseeing trade submissions and reconciliation
  • Coordinating team training sessions
  • Maintaining exchange memberships and updating product systems
  • Ensuring compliance with post-Brexit regulations

Additional duties include preparing reports for desk meetings, updating promotional policies in line with compliance, liaising with Credit Control, and resolving payment issues.
