A public health organization in Wales is seeking a Midwife to join the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team, providing comprehensive midwifery care in rural areas. The role involves promoting home births and coordinating care for high-risk pregnancies. Potential applicants should be registered Midwives with community experience and a commitment to compassionate care. Proficiency in Welsh will be advantageous but is not mandatory. This is an exciting opportunity for a Midwife to work within the Tair Sir/Three Counties Community Team that would include Crymych, Cardigan, Newcastle Emlyn, Llandysul, Llanybydder and Lampeter areas, providing all aspects of midwifery care for women and their families in the rural Welsh community setting.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post. If you do not meet the Welsh Language requirements specified, the Health Board offers a variety of learning options and staff support to help you meet these minimal desirable requirements during the course of your employment with us.
