Job Description:

We’re looking for a Midweight to Senior Designer / Art Director to join our growing creative studio. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and experience leading projects from brief to delivery with creativity and strategic clarity. We seek someone who is proactive, collaborative, and boundary-pushing.

Responsibilities

• Create attractive and effective designs
• Work on various creative projects, mainly social media and digital assets
• Lead design on specific projects or brands, overseeing the entire design process
• Art direct and also execute design work
• Work independently and under the guidance of the Creative Director

Experience and Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
• Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with motion graphics skills preferred
• Knowledge of the latest developments in design-related AI
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial or similar environment
