Job Description:

We’re looking for a Midweight to Senior Designer / Art Director to join our growing creative studio. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye, strong conceptual thinking, and experience leading projects from brief to final delivery with creativity and strategic clarity. We seek someone who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to push creative boundaries.

Responsibilities:

• Produce attractive and effective designs
• Work on a variety of creative projects, mainly social media and digital assets
• Lead design on specific projects/brands, overseeing the entire design output
• Art direct projects and also contribute as a hands-on designer
• Work independently and under the guidance of the Creative Director

Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic
• Undergraduate or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion graphics
• Knowledge of the latest developments in design-related AI
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial communications environment
