Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Craft Agency Ltd. is seeking a mid- to senior-level packaging designer to lead packaging across fragrance, skincare, bath and body, and haircare. You’ll take briefs from loosely defined briefs, create bold concepts, name and position brands, and deliver production-ready artwork including Pantone specs.
You’ll join as the design lead’s right arm and then run with your own projects independently, working on multiple categories with fast turnaround and strong typography and presentation skills.
Designing across beauty, wellness and travel, this is a certified B Corp studio where the clients in your portfolio would include household high-street names across fragrance, skincare, bath and body, and haircare.
They're not after someone who follows a brand and rolls it out. They want someone who can take a thin, sometimes skeletal brief and generate five genuinely different routes off it - then invent the name, the identity and the packaging, and pitch it straight into a major retailer. Blank-page conceptual work at real retail scale.
You'll own packaging projects across the company's own-brand portfolio alongside private labels, from concept to finished artwork. That means research and mood boards, flat concepts, full brand identity, high-finish presentation decks for internal and client pitches, and production-ready artwork - Pantones, print specs, the lot. You'll work fast across multiple categories at once, developing brand names and positioning alongside the design.
You'd join as the design lead's right arm, then take your own projects and run with them independently. The team is small, and briefs are deliberately loose; you'll be expected to bring the thinking.
£40,000 - £50,000
Hybrid working: 3 days in the studio
Certified B Corp
A mid- to senior-level packaging Designer with beauty experience across fragrance, skincare, bath and body, or haircare, you'll have strong typography, high-finish presentation, and confidence when building mockups in Illustrator from flat concepts.
Likely from a studio, agency or in-house team doing conceptual, brief-driven work rather than guideline rollout, you'll bring ideas, not just execution - and you're comfortable owning a project from loose brief to client-ready concepts.
