A leading multidisciplinary design studio in Central London is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer with 24 years UK-based experience on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and present creative interior concepts and mood boards aligned to client briefs
  2. Design and document bespoke joinery, lighting, and finishes with artisan collaborators
  3. Manage FF&E design, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, and installation
  4. Produce schedules and tender packages, coordinating with the technical and PM teams
  5. Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless execution on-site
  6. Work closely with a small design team to deliver projects to the highest standard

Requirements
  1. 24 years professional experience delivering high-end interiors in the UK
  2. Strong conceptual and technical skills, with fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
  3. Excellent understanding of bespoke finishes, FF&E, and procurement processes
  4. Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction detailing
  5. Confident communication and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
  6. Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach to design delivery
