The speed read: The chance to build on a strong start in the creative industry, deepen and broaden your skill set in a well-established b2b independent 30-strong design agency.

The facts: This is an early midweight role. You will have spent 2 or 3 years since you graduated, developing as a solid generalist graphic designer. You’re ready for a step up.

The agency works with a lot of content and messaging, valuing you as someone who can suggest different ways to tell a story.

Typical work includes business communications: reports, websites, campaigns, identities, and other brand communications, including a growing amount of motion graphics work. The agency is currently exploring new storytelling formats to engage diverse audiences. It’s an exciting time.

You’ll have:

  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of beautiful graphic design work, including layout, editorial, identity, or campaign/brand communications. Any experience with moving images, even limited, would be fantastic.
  • A good understanding of layout, grids, and typography, with an interest in animating your ideas and bringing movement to your conceptual thinking. Some knowledge of After Effects (2D/3D) is preferred, and you will be supported by the Creative Director and seniors to develop this skill.
  • The opportunity to work with and learn from a team of experienced typographers, craft-focused designers, and strategic thinkers.

You’ll be:

  • Someone who has started in graphic design but is interested in transitioning into motion work, seeking a supportive environment to learn.
  • A person who enjoys variety and a mix of graphic and motion projects.
  • A keen learner eager to discover new ways to tell business stories.
  • Ambitious to get noticed for your work and progress in your career.
  • Comfortable working in a studio environment three days a week and collaborating with others.
