As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to support and execute our visual storytelling and brand identity across all channels.

This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creative direction of a fast-growing fashion brand, working closely with the Creative Graphic Designer to deliver consistent, innovative, and refined design assets.

Role Description

As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you will report directly to our expert Creative Graphic Designer and collaborate with our marketing, e-commerce, and content teams to develop compelling visuals aligned with LUCA FALONI’s aesthetic and strategic goals.

Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs across digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, advertising, and print collateral, while ensuring consistency with our luxury brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for digital channels, including email marketing, paid media, website assets, and social content, under the guidance of the Creative Graphic Designer.
• Support the development of seasonal illustrations and prepare assets for submission and approval.
• Assist in creating graphic titles and motion graphics for campaign and product videos.
• Retouch campaign and product images to maintain the brand’s premium look.
• Contribute to the design of print materials, such as postcards, seasonal in-store displays, and packaging, with oversight from the Creative Graphic Designer.
• Source reference materials, track design trends, and assist in maintaining an organised digital asset library.
• Liaise with print suppliers and external freelancers as required.
• Support the production of assets for new store openings, including vinyl signage and posters.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience designing content for a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brand.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Premiere and After Effects is a plus).
• Strong layout and typography skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Competence in designing digital and print assets across multiple platforms.
• Retouching and basic colour correction experience.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A collaborative approach with clear communication and a willingness to take direction.
• Passion for craftsmanship and an understanding of LUCA FALONI’s brand values.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and familiarity with UI/UX principles are advantageous.
• Motion graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
