We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team — someone with a strong eye for UI, a solid grasp of UX, and a passion for turning ideas into beautifully crafted digital experiences. Your Responsibilities

As part of our Creative team, you’ll report into the Creative Director and work alongside art directors and copywriters. You’ll also collaborate closely with our developers, UXers and strategists to bring projects to life across web and mobile.

• Adapt and evolve design direction from art directors for digital platforms
• Craft high-fidelity, accessible and responsive UI for web and mobile
• Build and maintain intuitive, inclusive digital design systems
• Prototype your ideas clearly in Figma to support our developers
• Present your thinking confidently to teammates and clients
• Contribute to the evolution of our proprietary platform, 33Mercury

What we’re looking for

You’ll have around 2+ years of hands-on experience and be ready to take the next step in your design career. You’ll be confident designing for the web and have a genuine interest in how design supports brand and user goals. And your work will speak for itself, with a strong portfolio that showcases a range of digital designs.

Essential

• Strong Figma skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A user-centred mindset and an understanding of responsive web principles
• Confident presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
• A problem-solving attitude and an openness to feedback

Nice to have

• Familiarity with motion or front-end code
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools
• Awareness of accessibility principles
• Understanding of ATS platforms and employer branding
