Job summary

Havas Play in London is seeking aMidweight Designer to join our Creative & Studio team. You will partner with CDs and senior designers to elevate briefs into bold, cohesive campaigns that move people and win recognition.

You’ll bring 3–7 years of agency experience, a compelling portfolio, and strong storytelling. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects and a keen eye for typography will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in a creative agency environment.
• A portfolio showing versatility, originality, and standout design with awards/recognition.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Broad range of creative references and cultural insights, especially in gaming or sports.
• Collaborative spirit: open to feedback and proactive in improving work.
• Self-starter with time management and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CDs, Senior Designers and team to ensure design output is creatively excellent.
• Ensure design strategy, concepts are well thought through and pixel perfect.
• Present work to senior team and iterate to finished product.
• Use Photoshop and/or Illustrator to mock up concepts and help turn ideas into visuals.
