Our design team uses creativity, social expertise and cultural knowledge to make great work happen. We’re social-first but not social only, we’re full-service from 1x1 social posts through to nationwide billboards, we do it all in-house.

The role.

We're looking for a Midweight Designer to join our multi-discipline studio, this role is a key part of the studio - working collaboratively with both the Junior and Senior teams - the Midweight Designer will be able to flex their skills and adapt to any creative brief that might come their way.

A passion for social media design is essential, as the Midweight Designer will take full ownership of the day-to-day design work on their accounts, creating top-notch creative content and supporting others on work coming out of the studio.

Supported by the Senior team, the Midweight Designer will also be involved in a wide range of additional projects - such as new business pitches, branding, print work, digital campaigns, storyboarding and more. This is a great opportunity for a Designer who is keen to grow and flex their skills in multiple design disciplines.

Your responsibilities.

  • Conceptualise and produce premium and audience-specific content for a wide selection of clients
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, social media best practice and suggesting visual solutions to briefs
  • Take ownership of day-to-day accounts and ensuring design work is always top-notch
  • Pitching exciting content and visual format ideas both internally and to clients and pulling together proposed content decks
  • Flexibly work on various projects in different design disciplines (print, branding, campaigns)
  • Collaborating closely with other creatives to bring ideas to life
  • Working on new business proposals from ideation through to presentation design
  • Confidently present their work to the wider team and clients
  • Being proactive and learning new skills

Some specific skills you’ll need.

  • Industry experience in a similar/adjacent role
  • The ability to generate design ideas and visual solutions based on a brief
  • Executing briefs and ensuring work is produced to the highest standard
  • Working to deadlines + able to prioritise tasks where required
  • Proficient in Adobe Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),
    some knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premier, Figma is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively, feed into brainstorms and create presentation decks
  • The ability to communicate ideas
  • A can-do attitude to push creativity further
