The Role.

We’re on the hunt for a Midweight Creative (6 Month Contract) to add to our team. Not only will you be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands, but you’ll be joining a lovely bunch of talented (their words, not ours) people, helping to create industry-leading social (and beyond) content.

In a nutshell, we’re looking for someone who is a platform native and knows how to create content; someone who is on top of the latest platform updates, what’s trending on TikTok and knows how to tap into it; someone who knows how to work with creators and can identify a big idea vs a tactical one and knows how to make it fly.

Your responsibilities.

  • You’ll work collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving creative environment
  • Responsible for creating brilliant assets and generating ideas that wow the client
  • Prioritise your workload effectively, meet tight deadlines and adapt where necessary across multiple projects and timelines
  • From conception right through to implementation, you'll generate brilliant ideas that can stretch across multiple channels from Editorial to Campaigns – and beyond Social if required
  • Able to conceive ideas and create the content that lives on our client’s social feeds, with a strong grasp of developing TikTok content
  • Show off your brilliant culture, trends and social knowledge and use it to make ideas that land with audiences

Creativity:

  • A conceptual, strategic and creative thinker who is as comfortable tackling big campaigns as they are tactical, evergreen briefs
  • You’ll have a passion and enthusiasm for trends, culture and social platforms, and how to transfer that knowledge into content that taps into the social zeitgeist
  • Great at generating creative ideas and knowing how to bring them to life across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong command of language, able to express ideas simply, with wit and clarity
  • Ability to respond to a client’s tone of voice and pass that knowledge onto Juniors

Industry knowledge, expertise, and thirst for innovation:

  • You’ve either worked client-side or at an agency and at the very least have had social media specific work experience
  • Your TikTok, Instagram and X game has to be particularly strong, and knowing your way around LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube certainly wouldn’t hurt
  • You have an appreciation for great work – up to date with the latest and greatest, with an excellent knowledge of what’s happening in the industry
  • You’re constantly looking for new formats with which to innovate
  • You know how to work with creators, and are skilled at finding them
  • You have an understanding of the role of paid/organic social media and how it can cleverly play in wider campaigns/marketing plans

Teamwork:

  • Openness to feedback, other opinions and ideas
  • Ability to go beyond the job description when required to help the team
  • Able to team up and collaborate with different people and different departments
  • You’re not precious, not hierarchical, no ego (the idea is the boss), just keen to learn and make ideas better. And better.
