The Lounge team is growing!

We are looking for a Midweight Creative to join our rapidly growing business. Since 2015, Lounge has grown from an eCommerce underwear brand designed to bless women with Comfort Made Sexy into an Omnichannel modern fashion house inspired to make a woman feel empowered, beautiful, sexy, and comfortable in one's skin.

During this growth, our Brand has built out 11 departments that underpin all that Lounge stands for and endeavours to be. As a Midweight Creative, you will help the creative team bring special campaigns to life; from product launches to brand awareness, you'll be a key player in bringing ideas to the table and taking them to market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-growing team. If you're excited about starting your journey with Lounge and helping us elevate the brand to the next level, this role is for you.

What you will do at Lounge:

• Develop creative product marketing concepts that address a variety of marketing challenges, ensuring alignment with briefs and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the brand team to brainstorm ideas, provide input, and deliver constructive feedback, fostering a team-oriented creative process.
• Have the opportunity to work on a range of reactive projects from events to collaborations to PR stunts.
• Present creative ideas to key stakeholders and senior leadership, clearly articulating the vision and strategy behind the concepts.
• Create high-quality presentations and mood boards to guide the execution of creative projects, working closely with photographers, designers, and producers to maintain standards.
• Lead the creative execution of campaign visions during photoshoots, supported by the wider brand team, ensuring a cohesive and impactful outcome.
• Attend pre and post-production meetings with design, social, and marketing teams to guide the creative vision through to completion.
• Stay informed of competitor work, cultural trends, and industry developments to ensure that campaigns are innovative and stand out in the market.
• Effectively manage tight deadlines, working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador on set, at events, and in professional settings, embodying the Lounge brand at all times.
