Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the day to day operations and sales activity.
• Proactive management of sales and operations to achieve service levels.
• Collaborate with General Managers on performance and growth processes.
• Maintain and monitor standards and performance through controls.
• Lead and develop General Managers and staff including coaching.
• Manage financial controls to maximise gym profitability.
