Job summary

Construction Resources in Worcester is seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join the team, with travel across the Midlands. The role is based from the Worcester office and requires DBS and security checks.

You will carry out property repairs, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating to a high standard. A Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle are required, with a 40-hour week and permanent, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Multi Trader in property repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling and decorating.
• Willingness to travel across Midlands sites and work independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required.
• Able to pass DBS and security checks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of property repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Undertake carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs and installations.
• Carry out patch plastering, tiling and decorating repairs when required.
• Travel across Midlands sites and carry out works safely and efficiently.
