Job summary

Integra Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for long-term opportunities in the Midlands. You will oversee site operations from mobilisation to completion and manage site teams, subcontractors, and specialist operatives to deliver projects on time and to spec.

The role emphasizes concrete repair, waterproofing, and effective site records. You will liaise with clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring health, safety, and environmental requirements

Qualifications

• SMSTS required.
• First Aid certification required.
• CSCS Black Card required.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong background in concrete repair and waterproofing.
• Experience as Site Manager in construction, civils or specialist repair.

Responsibilities

• Managing site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
• Supervising site teams, subcontractors, and specialist operatives.
• Managing concrete repair and structural repair works.
• Overseeing waterproofing and below-ground waterproofing systems.
• Managing concrete preparation, breakout, and repair works.
• Overseeing application of specialist repair mortars, coatings, and protection systems.
• Ensuring waterproofing systems are installed correctly and in accordance with project specifications.
• Monitoring quality, workmanship, and progress throughout the project.
• Ensuring works are delivered to programme and within agreed requirements.
• Liaising with clients, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Carrying out site inspections and maintaining accurate site records.
• Managing health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identifying and resolving site issues efficiently.
